- Prepare 2 cup of any flavor softend ice cream (I used chocolate).
- It’s 1 cup of self rising flour (not all purpose).
- You need 1 of chocolate chips or any other extras (I used peanut butter chips).

- pre-heat oven to 350°F.
- spray loaf pan with oil and flour.
- put softend ice cream in a bowl with the self rising flour mix until just moistend.
- add your chips or extras and stir lighty.
- spoon batter into pan, smooth out and place in center of rack until tooth pick comes out clean when inserted.
- take out and cool in pan for 5 min then take out of pan and finish cooling on a wire rack.
- cut and enjoy!.
