- You will need one carton of heavy whipping cream, flavoring of your choice and one can of sweetened condensed milk and two cups of regular milk.
- Whip the heavy whipping cream until you have stiff peaks then pour in all other ingredients and gently fold together..
- Then empty into a large airtight container and cover with plastic wrap to prevent any freezer burn and pop in freezer overnight.
Whip the cream to soft peaks. Fold in the custard, almond extract and then the nut milk until evenly mixed. Remove and whisk to break down the large ice crystals. This is so many people's favourite ice cream – pale green and fragrant, with lovely bits of frozen pistachio to bite into.
