  3. Prepare 2 tbsp of flaxseed.
  4. You need 3 tbsp of desiccated coconut.

  6. You need 2 tbsp of dry fruits chopped(cashew,almond,kismis).
  7. Prepare 1 of tbsphoney.

  1. First dry roast oat,dryfruits,flaxseed, puffed rice..
  2. In bowl add oats,flaxseed,puffed rice,dry fruits,desiccated coconut..
  3. In one pan put 2 tbsp ghee.add jaggery and 2tbsp water and melt it properly up to bubble will appear..
  4. Add in to the dry ingredients. Add honey,cinnamon powder,cardamom powder.mix it properly..
  5. In grease plate spread the mixture.cut in to the pieces.and leave it for 1 hour..
  6. Granola bar is ready..
