- Prepare 2 cup of Hung curd.
- It’s 1 cup of Desecated apple.
- It’s 1 slices of apple.
- It’s 1/2 cup of Sugar.
- Prepare 1-2 tbsp of Butter.
- You need 1/2 tsp of Vanilla essence.
- You need 1/4 tsp of Orange zest.
- You need 2 tbsp of Jaggery.

- Heat a pan add desecated apple, sugar, orange zest mix it well and cook it till the sugar becomes melted and mixture is dry off the gas..

- Take a bowl add hungcurd, apple mixture and vanilla essence, mix it well and freeze it 2hour.
- After two hour griend the kulffy mixture for more softness. And again freeze it whole night..
- Heat a pan add butter, add apple slices roast it than add jaggery mix it well. When it becomes dry transfer on a serving plate.
